Place used to be nice... Looks like a dump now. When the new owners bought it you could definitely tell... I miss when Jake and Suzette owned it, they were the best landlords anyone could ever ask for. They were the best I had out of over 2 decades of renting... Now that they are out of the picture I'd never live in Tan Tara under the current owners.
