I do not recommend this company. They charge $75.00 to come to your door. Then they wanted over 200 dollars to diagnose my problem. Stay far away.
We moved into our new home on a Saturday and Monday night found the gas water heater shooting a high pressure jet of water right out of the side of the unit and drenching the drywall. I shut off the water and called A&W the next morning. They were able to get a plumber out to me within an hour or two and had the tank replaced and hot water available before the wife came home from work. The guys on the job were courteous and professional and the work appears to be top notch. My only complaint is that these folks are freaking expensive. The problem is that these days, pretty much any reputable plumber is freaking expensive, so I'm not knocking them for the price, just griping a little. I could've replaced the heater myself for a third of what they charge, but I'm not confident enough in my pipe sweating skills to risk flooding my home if one of my joints fails a week or month down the road. This way, if something fails, it's on them (they offer a one year warranty on installation).
Prompt, professional service to detect and repair a water leak in our home. This is one of the best service call experiences we have had in years! They are on my list of "go to" repair services. I would recommend them to everyone!!
The tech was nice, but charged over $250 for 45 minutes and never turned a wrench. He gave an estimate of $2000 per day per worker to track down water leak. Needless to say these folks are very pricey.
Damn good at what they do , very professional. With that being said you will be paying for both. A little pricy but the guy was in and out with all problems fixed. Five stars on work three stars on price.
