Very friendly people. Not sure why there stars were so low. Everything was fine the service the food everything. Even gave my daughter some crayons and paper so she could color.
Are you kidding me this place is a joke. I ordered a peronal taco pizza and I got was beans on a crust with little lettuce and chopped onions and very vety little cheese on top no taco chips on top. I asked waitress about it and she said thats how it comes. I thought all Pizza Hut franchises had to have some standards they go by to what all the rest have. GUESS NOT. Bathroom smelled like a dirty diaper. Womens restroom door would not open all the eay because the floor was un even. All the doors were filthy with black grime from people pushing the door open with their hands. I felt like I was in a car garage building then a Pizza Hut. It was late at night and we followed our GPS to this place. Middle of a housing area. I woinder if their health department makes frequent visits to this place. They must just cater to the college students of Carbondale. I will never return.
Don't judge this Hut from the exterior and the parking lot. Both need a little TLC. Inside is nice and clean and people were great. Will go back

I went here with a friend to grab some quick pizza. The manager was very friendly, and he had some really good meal suggestions. The inside was super clean and welcoming, don’t let the location fool you.
