Never trust your clothes here these people are rude, do not care about customers / customer service, and are horrible business owners. They will charge you the extra for dry cleaning then launder your item and in the process ruin it.
This people are insane DO NOT GO THERE!
A few days after picking up a shirt I dropped off I noticed it what looked like chemical spots in several places on the shirt. I took it to them to take a look at it and the owner immediately stated that their equipment could not do this. I told him this doesn't make sense since this shirt was supposed to be dry cleaned and he told me that she laundered it. When I asked why that was since I paid for dry clean he immediately responded (without ever looking at a ticket) that they never charged me for dry cleaning. This instantly turned into the owner YELLING at me because I accused them of messing up a shirt. I told them they needed to try to fix the issue or replace the item and the owner replied "well what good would a used shirt do me?!" These people are CRAZY I have never been yelled at by a business owner in my life and couldn't believe it. It's understandable that something might happen to an item when you take it to a cleaner. It's also reasonable to think they would fix or offer fair compensation for the item. I decided to leave the shirt there for them to try to fix.
When I went to pick it up he rudely put the shirt on the hanger and said "here you go" I looked at it and on the back there were still spots, when I brought that up he instantly started yelilng at me that "thats all your're going to get, take your shirt and get out!" This turned into a huge yelling match. When I brought up the fact the that it should have been dry cleaned any way and asked the he pull the receipt book to prove why I paid he told me that he wouldn't do that over $1.50.
