If I were you I would not do business with this company. They are crappy, inconsiderate, and most of all they are liers.
It wasn't a great deal as to there the furniture couldn't be used, but I would like furniture that does not have damage to it. So I since they acted as if they didn't care, I started to make my payments even later.
Good home town place always helpful.

The reason I get upset is because when it's time to provide service to the customer, they hesitate, but when a payment is late, they call in 0.5 seconds to collect my money.
Rent one was very Professional and helpful with providing the despertly needed referigerator, and terms of policy explanation with outstanding delivery and installation, and explanation of procedures to correct any problems.
Back in December of 2016, I was looking for some furniture to have in my place because I was hosting a Christmas party. Rent one came through and I was really satisfied. Time went on and I had a couple of late payments and Rent one set up a reminder for me, which was great. After about weeks of having the furniture, I noticed that one of the pieces of furniture had a cut in it. I called the store and they told me that they would take care of it. Months went by and nothing happened.
I love to go in and just say hi but most of all they treat me like family and I love that keep the good work up.
I then called and asked to switch out the furniture because I no longer wanted it and they told me it was fine. They would get back to me with different options. They sounded really sincere on the phone. NO CALL BACK.
