Bought a 2001 KIA Rio, the car dealership owner is one of the better people you can find around Southern Illinois. Take have your car for a test drive in any way and whatever problem you or your mechanic can find he is willing to discuss and fix it at anyway he can and then give you a logical price for the car. If anything happens to it soon after you made your purchase, (for me my car overheated due to one of the malfunctioning cooling hose) they will tow it and replace/fix just about anything with no cost or fees.
--TL;DR, A very trustworthy place if you need a used car.
I bought a 2003 Saab 9.3 turbo. Me my kids dad went to go pick the car up he calls me and ask if I knew where the turn signals were I said were they should be. Well come to find out that it didn't have turn signals at all. So called them the next day. And one of the sales guys name started with a D. Told me to come in that Friday and they would replace it. Well I go there when told and he wasn't there but Steve was and he was the rudest person I've seen. I just old him I was there to have my turn signals put on and he said I ordered the part last Thursday and it's not here yet. Well let just say it took couple weeks for them to replace it. I bought the car on march 31 and since then. Had to buy a right passenger tire because the one had a not on the tire that look like it was bust any minute then two weeks after buying the car the check engine light has come on. So I'm going to have to save to take to somebody that trustworthy and honest because I took to them and they just reset the check engine light. And also the passenger seat sometimes when no one is sitting there the passenger seat belt light will come on and I some time have to turn the car off then back on for it to come off. Oh and know there is a hard shift so have to have the transmission looked at and the price I payed for the car should have been lowered then what I bought it for with all the stuff going on with it now. PPL DO RESEARCH BEFORE GOING THERE.
Bought a 2005 Audi with 90k miles on it and 2 weeks later it broke down with 4300 dollars worth of repair had to sell it for 1200 dollars. Got screws by some old balding guy I don't remember his name and the worst part I paid over bluebook for the car
Just bought my 07 Chevy Cobolt last Saturday n I do love my new car. I had been looking to buy a car for over a month n ran into everyone selling their cars anywhere from 2-4000$ over there bluebook value n the mileage on them being to high, meaning the car would b likely to turn into run down pieces of sh**t n still b paying for it. But here at Best Buy I found my car that had the lowest miles n was only asking for what the car was worth in the condition n with the wear n tear it had already seen at the age a it was. We kelly blue booked the car while checking out the cars in the lot, it blue booked for around 4500$ n that is what i left paying n it included tax, title n registration n a 30 warranty through them n there repair shop that aanytime in the next 30 days i had a problem with the car i could bring it back n they would fix it with NO charge!! Also they looked over it n made sure it had a recent fresh oil job n all fluids where filled n the checked the computer for any faulty censors. While we were wanting to test drive a list of cars on the lot, they were very informational, honest n compliant to my several concerns that came from recently buying a car that the motor blew within a few weeks of buying it, so as u can see why I was impressed by there patients with my demandly n questioning worries probably to much at time, they were all very nice n compliant to all my concerns through the whole thing even when I was going over paper work to finalize the sale with them n already had my money n they were still completely nice n tentive to all my concerns. So I have had no problem n happy to tell anyone n it's been alot of people, about my experience here at Best Buy n the great n fair n awesome deal I got on my great looking car. So for this area n even some of Missouri it's the best place to find yourself a reliable n dependable vehicle at a fair n resonable price that I know this is fact cause i had looked for a car within over a 100 mile radias of my home n test drove any what were said where worth looking further into n I test drove several from up by St. Louis all the way down to place in the center of Kentucky. So if anyone is looking for a reliable vehicle I would definitely give this place n hard long look of there complete inventory because it is the only car lot I found that was honestly fair n resonable n not purposely trying to rip off or take advantage of their customers!!!
Very friendly staff. I don't like car shopping because of pushy salesmen, I was treated wonderfully. I would buy another vehicle from them.
